Diane Shaw returns to the North East with her world renowned DS Band for a Motown, Funk and Soul Spectacular on NEW YEARS EVE 2019!!

For twenty years Diane has shared the stage with original Soul and Motown Legends such as Tito Jackson, The Stylistics, Sister Sledge, and many more.

She performs her unique Soul Tribute Show all over the world in high profile venues.  These include theatres, hotels and resorts for top corporate clients and celebrities such as David and Victoria Beckham.

Having performed in front of audiences of thousands for over two decades, Diane has gained a large following on the Modern and Northern Soul scenes in the UK.

In 2014, Diane took a break from full-time touring in order to record two groundbreaking Soul Albums of original material with a live band and a 20 piece orchestra.

The resulting productions were critically acclaimed around the world, receiving regular airplay on BBC Radio 2 and 6 Music.  Tower Records in Tokyo hailed her debut as ‘The Best Soul Album of the 21st Century’.

Both albums went on to spend two weeks at the top of the UK Soul Charts in 2015 and 2018.

Diane continues to tour the UK with her authentic backing band of up to 13 musicians. The show is available for Live Music Venues and Festivals, as well as private parties, Corporate Events and Weddings.
